The reason why it was added is that it is more convenient to install the files in one click instead of downloading them one by one. Also, there is a warning sign that says "do not install this, it is already included in ME3Recalibrated". So, it was added in the latest version of that mod.
Restored Zaeed Conversation is a mod that changes the dialogue in the Holding area so that it can be heard. It does not change the text that is written in the dialogue box. The developers intended for this to be an interactive dialogue, but the mod works pretty well regardless.
